    Our service includes screening and wellness assessments followed by a personalized program with specific diet, nutrition and exercise recommendations.

  • Does the program involve diet suppressants or crash diets?

    No. We do not include any crash diets, appetite suppressants, and artificial food supplements.

  • What is the method used in this weight loss program?

    This is an integrated and holistic approach of diet modification with balanced nutrition, and active and passive physical activity, combined with lifestyle and behavioural modification that helps you achieve sustainable weight loss.
